Shipping policy

Orders ship within 4–8 business days. Tracking is automatically sent once your order is prepared, provided an email or phone number was entered at checkout.

All orders ship via UPS Ground (USPS for P.O. Boxes). UPS does not deliver on Sundays, so late-week orders may ship the following week.

We recommend adding shipping insurance to protect your order if it arrives damaged, delayed, or marked delivered but not received. Claims can be filed at www.navidiumshippingprotection.com.
